A Message to Our Clients

Our top priority at Ullmann & Company has always been to deliver superior service to our clients.  To do that in the current environment, we’re taking necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our clients, as well as our team and their families, given the ongoing Coronavirus situation.

As you are aware, this is our busiest time of year, with tax filing and financial statement deadlines. We remain committed to making sure our operations continue to run smoothly, and to maintain the quality and timeliness of our service. We have robust technology in place that enables our employees to provide client service remotely while protecting your confidential information if the need arises and they are unable to report to our office. We have  remote access security technology and guidelines in place.

If you visit our offices we will greet you warmly, but perhaps at a modest distance.  We encourage the use of technology and phone conferencing to reduce personal contact until the health concerns are abated.  We will tailor our approach to meet your needs, and we will adjust and communicate with you as circumstances change. If you have any questions or concerns about your engagement, please reach out to us.
We are closely following  ongoing proposals to defer or delay tax filing and payment deadlines. We will inform you of any changes to the tax deadlines if announced by the IRS or the Arizona Department of Revenue.  As of today, the deadlines remain unchanged.
