Kathering is experienced in all areas of financial reporting including audit, review, and compilation engagements. She has many years of experience with QuickBooks and provides hands-on consultation, set-up and training to our closely held business clients. She specializes in the unique tax and financial reporting requirements of utility companies.

Katherine works with clients in structuring complex business transactions, projecting and planning for tax consequences, and developing alternative models to reduce taxes and improve the economic result of a sale.

She is also experienced in tax preparation and planning, including corporate, partnership/LLC, trust, individual, gift, and estate. She has worked with various industries including utility, retail, manufacturing, construction, real estate, marketing, healthcare, insurance, law, and specialty services.

Katherine earned a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management where she graduated with distinction. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University where she graduated magna cum laude.
