The following chart shows the number of returns, by tax year, with adjusted gross income of $200,000 or more with no U.S. tax liability reported. These returns represent 0.4% of all individual income tax returns filed with this adjusted gross income (AGI) range for 2008-2012, dropping to 0.2% or less in 2013-2014.
