School Tuition Organizations

School tuition organizations (STOs) are another industry that operates within a specific regulatory environment in Arizona. The organizations are regulated by the Arizona Department of Revenue and are required to obtain annual review and agreed-upon procedures engagements or an annual audit (depending on the size of the organization). We have worked with STOs since the start of the annual reporting requirements and our continued work with our STO clients allows us to share our knowledge throughout the year, not just for the annual reporting requirement. We also provide our clients and others interested in the STO world with a quarterly newsletter about updates and other items affecting STOs.
